EDWIN ZSCHAU TO RETURN TO SYSTEM INDUSTRIES AS CHAIRMAN AFTER LOSING SENATE FIGHT

After losing a bitterly-fought race for the Senate in California with Alan Cranston, Edwin Zschau is returning to the company he founded, System Industries, Milpitas, as chairman, taking over from Gene White, who is also chairman of Amdahl: Republican Zschau says he intends to have another crack at the Senate next time around in 1992.
