The services vendor has announced services contracts with a trio of French companies. The Texan services giant is to service 30,000 terminals owned by France’s state-owned horse race betting agency, PMU. It is also to develop a CRM system for Banque Martin Maurel, an independent bank with its roots in the South of the Country. EDS will also supply CRM contact center outsourcing services to Wanadoo, Trance Telecom’s internet division, under a six year contract. The value of the deals was not disclosed.
The announcements came a day after EDS announced European contracts with DHL Aviation Europe, Belgian Ground Service, and Swiss-based Jet Aviation.
