Electronic Data Systems Corp was last week granted a preliminary injunction against Ross Perot and Perot Systems Corp for breach of contract: under terms of the injunction, Perot and his firm must cease immediately, and until further order of this court, refrain from soliciting, negotiating for, entering into or performing any contract or other business relationship that contemplates or calls for any profitable return to Perot and his firm at any point in time, and involves the business of providing data processing or other services to customers of a nature provided by EDS as of December 1 1986.
