eClinicalWorks is in collaboration with the Taconic Health Information Network and Community Regional Health Information Organization on this initiative. The Hudson Valley Health Information Exchange, managed by MedAllies, a regional Health Information Service Provider, is comprised of physician practices, hospitals, and labs in 10 New York state counties and could ultimately service more than 5,000 physicians. The goals of this project include enhanced patient alerts for doctors at the point of care and increased communication between providers, improving overall patient care.
