Under terms of the deal, Dallas, Texas-based ECE will pay an undisclosed sum to purchase Bangalore, India-based iSeva, which will give it an additional workforce of 1,000 call center staff specializing in voice and web-based technical support services, as well as customer service and back-office mortgage processing services to US and Indian clients.

ECE is a division of private equity firm HIG Capital, and the company has been acquisitive in recent months.
