EASTMAN KODAK SEEKING $7M DAMAGES FROM IOMEGA

Having just settled a class action suit brought by disaffected shareholders, Iomega Corp, Ogden, Utah has another date in court, this time to face a demand from Eastman Kodak Co seeking $7m damages over an alleged three-year contract for head-coupler assmblies for use in the Iomega hard shell floppy drives: Kodak says that after taking early deliveries under the agreement, Iomega stopped placing orders, and also still owes it $1m.
