EarthLink Network Inc has appointed Grayson Hoberg as chief financial officer. Hoberg will be responsible for managing all of EarthLink’s accounting and budgetary functions as well as the company’s administration, security and human resources departments. Before joining EarthLink, Hoberg worked for four years at Tele-Communications Inc, where he last served as vice president of business operations at the company’s TCI.NET internet products business to the company’s cable customers. While at TCI.NET, Hoberg played a major role in the formation of @Home, including the definition of product lines, economics and pricing, and the coordination of operational responsibilities of partners in the venture.
