German IT services company TDS Informationstechnologie AG has reported profit before tax and interest (EBIT) for the first nine months of this year up 40.8% at 5.98m euros ($6.04m) on revenue that rose 46.5% to 125.6m euros ($126.7m). The Neckarsulm-based SAP hosting services company said the September acquisition of Dutch SAP specialist IMC Holding BV (CI No 3,743) had contributed 10.6m euros ($10.7m) to revenue and 1.6m euros ($1.61m) to pre-tax profit. Despite the negative effect of Y2K issues on the ERP market this year, TDS said it is still meeting its own performance goals, and expects to post pre-tax profit of 8.7m euros ($8.78m) on revenue of 168.7m euros ($170.2m).
