Computer products distributor CHS Electronics Inc has reported a third-quarter net loss of $225.3m on revenue down 4.7% at $2.07bn, compared to net income of $6.6m, or $0.12 per share in the year-ago quarter. Excluding $170.4m in one-time restructuring charges and a $32.7m one-time gain on the sale of a business, the loss amounted to $0.90 per share. The Miami-based company was expected to lose just $0.17 per share, according to analysts surveyed by First Call. For the nine-month period, net loss was $314.2m on revenue up 21% at $6.88bn, against net income of $32.7m, or $0.61 per share, last year. Nine-month results include $184.4m in one-time charges. รก
