Meta Group’s take on the EAI world is that message/queue technology providers such as BEA, IBM and Tibco will reduce administration time, improve availability and quality of service choices, and refine integration with leading message broker providers such as Neon and STC to form critical enterprise application integration (EAI) services. However it believes transactional messaging solutions will still lack mature application interfaces and integrated workflow, which are required for more modular business processes.
