Chip assembler Dyne-Sem International Ltd of San Mateo, California has established Euro-Technology SA in Madrid, Spain to provide services to European customers, particularly those from EEC countries: the company has also announced that it has completed a major expansion at its main assembly base in Manila, Philippines with the opening of Electronic Test Lab Corp there; the 5,000 square foot facility can process 100,000 insertions per week at an average three-second test time.
