DVD DISK PLAYERS SLOW TO SELL SAY MAJOR PLAYERS

DVD Digital Video Disk players have been slower to take off than the industry predicted, with around 300,000 sold in Japan this year and 1.2 million overseas, according to Matsushita Electric Co Ltd.
