Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of software and services for the property & casualty insurance industry, has released Example Platform 4.1. The flexible, next-generation system supports the Duck Creek Rating, Duck Creek Policy Administration and Duck Creek Billing products on an integrated platform for personal, commercial and specialty lines of business.
The company said to introduce Example Platform 4.1, it hosted webinars focused on new functionality that allows insurers to focus on new market revenue opportunities, while reducing overall system maintenance expenses.
Duck Creek said that the new release allows Duck Creek Policy Administration carriers to rapidly develop insurance products for their chosen markets, while gaining integration efficiencies with third-party applications.
According to the company, Duck Creek Policy Administration 4.1 product enhancements include direct-to-consumer shopping options, which allows insurers respond to consumer behavior models with improvements to sales channel websites; reusable integration modules that enables to reduce time to market with improved integrations to third-party applications; enhanced integration framework leveraging industry partnerships for robust data and reporting capabilities.
