DPCE Holdings Plc managing director David Travers has resigned to pursue other interests. According to his replacement, former financial director, Harvey Tordoff, the other interests are loosely connected with computers but he declined to expand on this. Travers, who was manager of DPCE’s first major account, British Airways, back in 1976, is retaining his shareholding for the time being; his departure is said to be amicable, but it is believed that other members of the board were unhappy with Travers’ outside commitments. Anthony Jackson becomes finance director of the maintenance firm.
