DOW JONES INCREASES STAKE IN TELERATE

Dow Jones & Co is increasing its stake in Telerate Inc further by exchanging the 8.9m shares in the electronic deliverer of financial information held by Oklahoma Publishing Co for 4.4m of its own newly-issued shares, which will take its Telerate holding up to 66.5%.
