Dovetail Insurance’s selection of Duck Creek was the flexibility of the services which would enable the servicing provider to develop and deploy the products and services to its client base. Dovetail will utilize Duck Creek’s pre-built ISO products which include a full inventory of rates, rules, and over 20,000+ forms to support all lines of business in all 50 states, said Duck Creek.
Dovetail has licensed Duck Creek’s services for Commercial Package Policies (CPP), which includes Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Crime, Inland Marine, and General Liability. Implementation will start with Workers’ Comp lines followed by Commercial Property lines, added Duck Creek.
