DoubleClick will combine Klipmart video ad formats including the ‘Full Screen Experience’ and ‘The Big Picture’ with its Dart Motif ad management system. Klipmart products and technologies will remain available to all clients on both Dart and non-Dart platforms.
DoubleClick says the acquisition highlights its commitment to providing a digital media platform integrating the management and measurement of all rich media, display and search channels.
In addition, DoubleClick will launch an ‘Innovation Lab’ that will develop creative video concepts for multiple digital platforms.
In the last year, Klipmart has sexecuted over 1,000 video campaigns on behalf of blue chip marketers, media and creative agencies.
