The order includes DMATEK’s newly launched EMS-2000i – Cell, a cellular (GSM) communication based monitoring system. The cellular system, as well as all other DMATEK equipment is developed, manufactured and marketed by Elmo-Tech Ltd., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
Orders for the recently launched EMS2000i-Cell, from operators in the US, Pacific Rim and now the UK have already surpassed $1,000,000. DMATEK’s EMS 2000i – Cell, a first of its kind in the law enforcement market, eliminates electronic monitoring systems’ traditional dependency on landlines, thereby enhancing the home detention program’s operational flexibility and reduces operator’s cost considerably.
The rest of the order reflects an upgrade of exisitng equipment, operated by Elmo-Tech’s customers in the UK Market.
