DIGITAL RESEARCH LAUNCHES $400 GEM DESKTOP PUBLISHER

Digital Research Inc has introduced GEM Desktop Publisher software for IBM Personals, at $395, with ships set for late May. Key feature of the low-end WYSIWYG program is automatic reformatting so that text flows around graphics without manual reformatting. It includes style sheets for newsletters, forms and reports, and takes input from popular word processors and PostScript.
