Digital Microwave Corp, San Jose, California has signed a five year technology transfer and marketing agreement with Sungmi Telecom Electronics Co Ltd of Seoul, South Korea: the agreement calls for a licence fee of $1.2m and royalties over the term in exchange for the rights to market and manufacture some of the company’s microwave and fibre optic technology products.
