DICEON ELECTRONICS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SYMTROM CORP

Diceon Electronics Inc, Irvine, California has completed its previously announced acquisition of privately-held Symtron Corp of Mountain View: Diceon swapped 300,000 of its shares for all of the outstanding Symtron stock, and will operate the company as a wholly-owned subsidiary under its present management; Symtron makes multi-layer back-panels and had 1986 sales of about $20m, Diceon designs and makes multi-layer boards.
