Commercial on-line service Germany.Net said its two main shareholders Deutsche Bank AG and RWE Telliance AG raised their holdings in the company to 25% each from 15%. Germany.Net has some 100,000 subscribers since it went live 10 months ago. RWE Telliance plans to take the majority in Germany.Net in the fall. Germany.Net said Deutsche Bank would offer electronic payment services over Germany.Net in a pilot project in the next few months; Deutsche Bank would not comment on the project. The service will also offer on-line banking services with savings banks in Hesse and Thuringia states. It expects revenues of up to $2m this year but no profits before 1998.
