Winding up IBM’s Tuesday announcement, VM/XA SP2 now supports the 3990 Model 3 Cache Storage Controller for 3380 and forthcoming disk drives: there’s support for the VM Control Program, CMS and guests; those who want it must ask for it as a Program Temporary Fix and it will arrives in the US in December.
