DETAILS ON IBM’S NEW 4381 E MODELS

Since the new IBM Enterprise Systems Architecture runs only on machines that have extended as well as main memory, the new 4381 E models add extended memory – but the maximum memory remains 64Mb, so that top-end users have to sacrifice some of their main memory in order to make way for extended memory.
