Dendrite is using the Firstlogic Information Quality Suite as a part of its service offerings to manage data about the end-user physicians that prescribe medications. The technology is expected to replace the current program from Trillium Software that Dendrite is currently using in its Oracle based data-warehousing environment.
Firstlogic said its product will enable Dendrite to better understand its customers in order to improve its promotional effort to individual medical professionals.
In addition, the firm said it provides data quality assessment technology to analyze, profile and report on data quality defects that can cause lost revenue or higher costs with non-quality data housed in operational systems.
