DELTAPOINT RELOCATES AND CHANGES ITS NAME

On its way from visualization and graphics outfit to web site development firm, Monterey, California -based DeltaPoint Inc is changing its name to Site Technologies Inc and relocating to Scotts Valley. The company sold its visualization product tools last July and has acquired two sets of web tool products. The first, Current Issue, is a web site management and dynamic page creation tool from Inlet Inc, bought in May. The second is the SiteSweeper line of web site quality control products, which DeltaPoint acquired, along with its authors, site/technologies/inc, in July. On October 15 it closed a public offering of 3,000,000 shares of Common Stock, at a price of $2.25.
