DELPHI BUYS SOFTWARE AG’S CBT UNIT

Delphi Group Plc’s computer-based training division, Interskill, has acquired Software AG’s CBT business for an undisclosed sum. The businesses will be merged together and Interskill is predicting its revenues will exceed 3m pounds this year.
