Deloitte has signed an agreement to acquire business and IT consulting firm Aggressor which focuses on providing deployment services for Workday applications.
Workday is software as a service (SaaS) enterprise applications provider for global human resources (HR), payroll and financial management.
Global companies can acquire, measure, develop, deploy and retain their global workforce, improve financial, operational efficiencies and gain insights into their organisations by using Workday’s human capital management, talent management, payroll, financial management and spend management applications.
The acquisition will enable Deloitte to strengthen Workday HR and finance consulting services for both transformational and technology-only deployments.
Following the acquisition, approximately 100 Aggressor employees are expected to join Deloitte’s human capital consulting practice as part of its HR transformation service line.
