Dell Computer Corp, Austin, Texas has a 25MHz 80386-based Dell System 325 ready for launch today, for de-liveries next month. It comes with 1Mb or 4Mb memory going to 16Mb via a dedicated high-speed 32-bit memory slot. It has 32Kb cache; page mode interleaved memory architecture; 16-bit video adaptor for VGA monitors; choice of floppies, 101-key keyboard; one parallel and two serial ports and eight AT slots. It is $7,000 with 1Mb CPU, 150Mb and mono screen. Dell also says it has an enhanced version of expanded memory MS-DOS 4.0 selling at $120.
