Dell Services has entered into a new five-year contract with Hyatt Hotels unit, Hyatt Corporation, to deliver comprehensive IT services and offerings.

As per the deal, the services involve single point of contact for end-user support and incident management with multi-channel access, and logging and tracking of all IT incidents and contacts.

Dell services will also offer service desk support, corporate support, network and server support, asset and inventory management and project services which will support Hyatt’s corporate locations and North American properties.

Dell said its asset and inventory management, security, and project services will help Hyatt optimise its core business capabilities by improving processes and assuring quality.

In addition, Dell’s services will enable Hyatt to share information efficiently and offer real-time data to both guests and associates which helps manage business proactively.

Hyatt Hotels executive vice president and chief financial officer Harmit Singh said the relationship will help them increase efficiencies of IT systems, enhance the technology experience, and provide Hyatt with greater operation flexibility and innovation.
