Dell and T-Mobile USA have unveiled Dell’s new 7inch Android tablet, the Streak 7, which is a 4G capable tablet designed for super-fast mobile broadband speeds of T-Mobile’s 4G network at the International CES.

The Streak 7 features include seven-inch WVGA touch screen with Gorilla Glass; Google’s Android 2.2 OS; a dual core 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor; and full support for Adobe Flash Player.

In addition, the tablet is preloaded with an array of content and applications from T-Mobile, and has access to more than 100,000 applications, games and widgets from Android Market.

The new Streak 7 captures and shares life moments with the rear-facing 5 megapixel (MP) camera for high-definition stills and video recording, while the front-facing 1.3MP with the preloaded Qik Video Chat application provides video-calling over T-Mobile’s network and Wi-Fi to stay connected with family and friends.

The Streak 7 also comes preloaded with unique content and applications to entertain the whole family, including T-Mobile TV, BrainPOP, Zinio, and Qik Video Chat.

Dell consumer, small and medium business unit president Steve Felice said with Streak 7 on the fast T-Mobile network, families, students and mobile professionals will gather, share, and find new ways to interact and keep in touch.
