DECISION INDUSTRIES APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT

Decision Industries Inc, now controlled by a consortium of New York venture capitalists, has appointed Larry Gerhard, president and chief executive of Momentum Technologies Inc of Morris Plains, New York to act in those posts at Decision, and says it may merge with Momentum: Don Ackerman, a partner at venture capital house J H Whitney Co will be chairman of Decision Industries.
