The 19 mono VAXtstation 2000 is cut 48% to $5,400. A new VAX server 100 for use in Local Area VAXcluster, DECnet or NFS/Ultrix environment costs $65,000 for the 20MHz MicroVAX II chipset, 16Mb, 456Mb Winchester, 95Mb tape streamer and operating system licence.
