DEC TO BUY UP TO 3M OF ITS OWN SHARES

DEC is to buy up to 3m of its own shares, about 2% of the total, for employee stock plans: companies can meet the requirements of stock option plans either by creating new shares and diluting the equity of existing holders, or by buying in the market, which may be the better option after share prices have collapsed.
