DEC SUES CLINTON DIGITAL

Now that does sound naughty: DEC is suing Clinton Digital Inc, Framingham, and Sevco Inc, Hopkinton, allegingthat they fraudulently got replacement circuit boards for VAX 8650s from DEC’s parts repair service, replaced some of the chips with cheapo ones, and sent the duff boards back to DEC for replacement.
