While Wall Street stock indices are still well above the lows made in the wake of Meltdown Monday, the shares of DEC are looking wan indeed: on Friday they shed $3.625 to close at $104 for a new 12-month low; IBM lost $3 to close at $107, within sight of its 12-month low of $102 which it made in October (the tables suddenly started showing a 12-month low of $100 in the middle of January, but we can’t find any record of a close at that price.
