Emulex Corp was riding high in November when a Washington appeals court lifted the injunction won by DEC against its sale of mass storage subsystems for DEC minis (CI No 563). But Emulex is now back where it started, because a US District Court in New Hampshire has restored the injunction with minor changes; Emulex shares fell $2.125 to $6.50.
