When you pay somebody to take your junk away and dump it, you expect them to do just that, so Digital Equipment Corp is hopping mad that instead, obsolete and defective computer equipment it had sold as scrap has been resold as good: it is is suing more than a dozen companies and individuals, claiming they fraudulently sold the kit – and some was even allegedly returned to DEC for repair or exchange: prime defendant in the suit is Currie Enterprises Inc of Clinton, and Salem, New Hamsphire, which it says got the rejected parts from DEC agreeing to dispose of them.
