DCS GROUP TO BUY NETWORKING SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR, VHA

DCS Group Plc, the successful UK software and services company, has announced an agreement to acquire networking systems integrator VHA. DCS will pay a total of 4.5m pounds, comprising 2.0m pounds cash, 0.8m pounds in loan notes and the remainder in shares.
