The agreement enhances DCA’s telecom back office services by integrating with Concretio’s systems for a complete application for competitive local exchange carriers, from account creation and provisioning through billing, print and mail, and customer care, said DCA Services.

DCA will use Concretio’s TRS on demand provisioning system to help competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) perform local pre-order and ordering functions needed to acquire new customers, and manage existing customers quickly and efficiently, added DCA Services.

Jeff Swenson, vice president of sales and marketing at DCA, said: With the addition of Concretio’s system, we can now provision and bill services and products in one solution on either a hosted ASP basis or service bureau.
