DBMS Inc, Naperville, Illinois has settled its differences with Cullinet Software Inc: Cullinet sued over the the DBMS Developer WorkStation, a proprietary PC-DOS-based system capable of developing IDMS business applications compatible both with Personals and with mainframes running Cullinet’s IDMS database management system; under the agreement, DBMS can continue developing and marketing the Developer WorkStation and joins Cullinet’s list of registered consultants.
