Dataram Corp, the Princeton, New Jersey company that makes a living designing and selling add-on memory for machines with a big enough user base to justify it, has come out with a 256Mb memory upgrade for Hewlett-Packard Co’s HP 9000 Unix and HP 3000 models. The DRH9200/256 fits the HP 9000 D and K-Class Enterprise Servers, HP 3000 9x9KS Series Servers and B-, C-, J-, and K-Class Workstations and is $6,397.
