Dataproducts Corp, Woodland Hills, California, is extending its ties with Swiss printer manufacturer and marketer Wenger Printers AG of Reinach, taking a seat on the company’s board: Wenger is an OEM customer for Dataproducts printers, and the companies plan to work more closely together, but there is no word of any equity investment.
