DATAPRODUCTS AGREES TO PAY $7.9m FOR ECHODATA

Dataproducts Corp, which put itself on the block last week, has not allowed that to deter it from agreeing to pay $7.9m cash for printer supplied firm Echodata Corp, Atlanta. The firm looks for $15m sales this fiscal and employs 300 people.
