The campany says that its Vista-Telex interface system has been enhanced and streamlined to provide more flexibility and user options. The related Telematic Gateway is designed to provide a transparent interface between Vista-Mail messaging and international telematic services such as Telex and Teletex. The Vista-Gate 3279 enables an MS-DOS micro on an Arcnet to function as an IBM 3279 display within an SNA environment, and Asyncgate supports several async terminal emulation. The 8604 Terminal and Communications Server is designed to enable Arcnet users to access multiple vendors’ CPUs. The San Antonio, Texas company did not give prices for the products.
