Dataphaz Inc, the Phoenix, Arizona ComputerLand franchise operator that went public late last year, is expanding by buying the assets of one franchise in Denver, two in Dallas, and one in Fort Worth, and will buy a store from another franchise holder in Albuquerque, New Mexico: no value was given but the five stores do $27m or so a year.
