DATAMETRICS PUTS ITSELF UP FOR SALE

Datametrics Corp has decided to put itself up for sale and has retained Hambrecht & Quist Inc to advise on whether the maker of printers and other peripherals for military computers should be part of a larger concern: the company did $2.1m, up 43%, on sales of $29.5m, up 22%, in the year to October, but says that it needs investment funds to grow.
