Magnetic media manufacturer Datamag Inc, Scottsdale, Arizona, has a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Cartrex Corp and to assume some of its liabilities: if all goes as planned, Datamag will get Cartrex’s patented quarter inch tape cartridge technology; Cartrex never operated profitably and has ceased operations until the acquisition has been completed; terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
