Datallegro signs services pact with IBM

Customers of Datallegro Inc's data warehouse appliance will be supported by IBM Corp's expansive global services organization under the terms of a new agreement that both companies inked this week.

By CBR Staff Writer

IBM’s Global Services division will now deliver 27×7, front-line software and hardware service and support to all of Datallegro’s customers worldwide.

Partnering with IBM Global Services, which is one of the world’s largest field service and support providers, is a good way for Aliso, Viejo-based Datallegro to extend the global reach of its scalable cost-efficient P and C lines of data warehouse appliances.

Datallegro will tap into IBM Global Services’ 190,000 professionals scattered across 160 countries worldwide.

Our relationship with IBM is an important piece of our infrastructure…offering our clients the expertise of the world’s largest and most scalable field support organization, said Stuart Frost, CEO of Datallegro.
