Quest is a business and residential installation and maintenance company for alternative telecoms operators (ATOs). Its clients, who include Cable & Wireless, Torch, Telewest and NTL, contract Quest to carry out the necessary business and residential installation and maintenance work to connect them to their customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Quest will use Dataflex’s Call Router products when it is contracted to install communications solutions for its customers in the UK. Quest will purchase the products from Dataflex and sell them on to its clients during the installation process.

Since signing the agreement Quest have won a project with Torch Telecom to supply and fit a Least Cost Routing (LCR) solution to over 500 outlets of a major High Street retail chain.

Commenting on the appointment of Quest, Martin Byrne, Sales & Marketing Director of Dataflex said, There is a great fit between Dataflex’s products and Quest’s range of services & market experience. I am confident that by signing this agreement we are opening up new opportunities for the sale of Multiline Call Routers for both companies.
